Application Board / How to Apply?

Firstly be sure that you read this link http://www.cryptic.smfnew.com/index.php?topic=211.0 good enough. If you are agree with everything there, follow this steps:
1) Write an application here but before you write it, you have to know that it will take a while. We have to be sure about you & your loyalty. Do not even apply here if you re looking for something else than a family.
Do not forget to answer following questions in your application;
- Who are you irl? ( Name,job,age,nationality, and more details )
- Who are you in game? ( Please write every details about your character & your Tibia history. Also your experience in this game. How do you spend your one day in Tibia etc)
- Why do you wanna join us & why not other guilds?
- What do you expect from us?
- Why should we invite you?
- How can we trust you or how can you prove that you are trustable?
- Do you know anyone in our guild?
- Write your 10 of your good friends in Refugia
- Lastly confirm that you read our all rules and sign our agreement.
2) After you send your application, we will contact with you in game. We will have lil convo and we will start to stalk you in our own ways. This might take few weeks til we be sure about you. Once we are sure about you, you will be invited to guild.
3) When you are invited to guild, you will be in trial. Depends your actions, you might be part of our family or you might be excluded after few weeks.
As we said, we are not looking for members to our guild. We are looking for ppls to our family. We care about the person behind that char so you have to prove that you are worthy irl.

Application Board / Recruitment & Requirements

If you wanna join us, you should contact with our vices. They will ask couple of questions to you and after that for a while we will stalk you in game.
Whats our requirements?
- You have to be above 20 years old. ( There can be some exceptions if we believe that you act like a mature)
- You have to be level 80+
- You shouldnt have negative reputation in Refugia.
Except those, if we decide to invite you , you will have to accept following rules. So do not apply before reading those.
- You have to be active in guild channel, guild forum and ventrilo.
- You will have to be loyal to Cryptic forever.
- You must not use cave bot.
- You must not share your account.
- You have to contact with your guild leader if you have problem with anyone.
- You have to respect to others' spawn if they re not in our blacklist.
- You have to use our rl communication tools.
- You have to participate to our monthly guild meetings.
- You have to drop everything in your hands when one of our guild member have serious problem. You have to help even if you re hunting.
- You must not share anything from guild. If we find out that you share anything from guild channel,guild forum etc, you will be punished.
- You must not report any statement in guild channel or guild forum. If anything happens just contact with the leader about the problem.
After that you have to sign our guild agreement:
I,<your name>, guarantee that i will stick to our guild rules. I promise that i will use the guild forum, guild channel and ventrilo everyday and i will also be active in guild. I guarantee that i will do my best to help my guild members. I will drop everything in my hand and i will run to help my guild member if he/she s under attack. I guarantee that i will respect to leader's decision and i will not discuss with my guild members. If our guild decide to fight againist to any guild or even againist to my best friends in game, i guarantee that i will be in my guild mates' side and i will fight til i die. I accept that our friendship in guild bigger than any other friendship. I also guarantee that i will be loyal to Cryptic forever and i will never ever leave this guild. If one day i need to retire from game, i promise that i will keep being in touch with my guild mates with other communication ways.
I,<your name>, guarantee that i will do my best to be a great member of this family and i will never betray your trust. If i break any rule, i accept that i will be punished. [Name & Signature]
Lastly;
Since we are caring about security & loyalty; we hardly invite players to our guild but we are sure we will find players who worths to be in this guild so please do not afraid to apply

Announcements / Who we are?

Cryptic is one of the oldest and famous guild in Refugia. We created it as second time at 2008. For our history, you can read our mainpage <www.tibiatr.net/cryptic> .
Whats our difference?
Our difference is, we are not based on Tibia. We are based on real life. We believe that everyone will stop playing Tibia one day in future but what about our friendship?
We were thinking about this. We had over 200 members during last few years and we lost many of our good friends because of real life problems. So we decided to be closer to each other and with this way we became a family. Everyone knows everything about each other and we are not sharing "in game memories" only. We are sharing our real life issues. We are just like real family, the only difference is we are not living together in real life but we fix this with real life meetings. Also everyone have ea others' phone numbers. We also have special communication ways. So we are always keep in touch.
Except those, we are mature guild. We hardly invite young players to guild. Almost all of us have their job. With this way its easier to organize everything. Some of us are married some of us have kids,grand kids irl. We even have members who married to each other in our guild. So we are looking for mature, respectful and loyal members.
What else?
We are also professional guild. All of us have great experience about Tibia. Its not just PvM its also PvP since half of our members came from open pvp servers. Due to that, we are always ready to fight againist to any guild who attacks us as long as our members decide to fight. For sure we will use diplomacy first.
